Here is my recipe of Peanut Masala

- 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder (adjust to your spice preference)
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1/2 teaspoon roasted cumin powder
- 1/2 teaspoon amchur (dried mango powder) or lemon juice (optional)
- Salt to taste

Instructions:

1. Roasting the Peanuts:
   - In a wide, dry skillet or frying pan, add the raw peanuts and roast them over medium heat.
   - Stir the peanuts continuously to ensure even roasting and prevent burning.
   - Roast until the peanuts turn golden brown and emit a nutty aroma. This usually takes about 6-8 minutes.
   - Once roasted, transfer the peanuts to a plate and let them cool completely.

2. Seasoning the Peanuts:
   - In the same pan, add one tablespoon of oil and let it heat up.
   - Lower the heat to medium and add the roasted peanuts back to the pan.
   - Add the chaat masala, red chili powder, turmeric powder, roasted cumin powder, and salt to the peanuts.
   - Toss the peanuts well, ensuring that the spices coat each peanut evenly.
