Crispy Delights: Mastering the Perfect Rohu Fish Fry Recipe

Here's a simple recipe for Rohu fish fry:

Ingredients:
- 4-6 pieces of Rohu fish
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 3 tablespoon Keya Coastal Fish Fry Masala
- Salt to taste
- Oil for frying
- Fresh coriander leaves (optional, for garnish)
- Lemon wedges (optional, for serving)

Instructions:

1. Clean the Rohu fish pieces and pat them dry with a kitchen towel.
2. In a bowl, mix together lemon juice, Keya Fish Spice Masala , and salt to make a marinade.
3. Rub the marinade mixture onto the fish pieces, ensuring that they are coated evenly. Allow the fish to marinate for at least 30 minutes. You can marinate for longer if you prefer a stronger flavor.
4. Heat oil in a frying pan or skillet over medium heat.
5. Once the oil is hot, carefully place the marinated fish pieces into the pan. Fry them for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until they turn golden brown and crispy.
6. Remove the fried fish from the pan and place them on a paper towel to absorb any excess oil.
7. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves (optional) and serve hot with lemon wedges on the side.
8. Enjoy your delicious Rohu fish fry as an appetizer or as a main course with steamed rice and a side of salad or chutney.
